**Booking & Pre-Pay System**
We operate on a pre-pay booking system to secure your appointment. This ensures that both you and our stylists are fully prepared for your session. Once your appointment is booked, payment will be required upfront to confirm your booking.
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy**
We understand that life happens! However, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in loss of prepayment. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will also result in loss of prepayment.
**Late Arrival Policy**
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment as it could affect other clients’ appointments. Please ensure you arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.
**Patch Testing Requirements**
For your safety, we require a patch test 48 hours before your colour appointment if you have not had colour with us previously or if it has been over six months since your last service. Patch testing is essential to check for any allergic reactions. If you are unsure whether a patch test is required, please don’t hesitate to ask our team.
**Consultations for Colour Services**
If you are unsure about which colour or style to choose, we highly recommend booking a consultation before your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your needs in detail and perform the required patch test.
**Legal Age for Colouring Hair**

**Clothing Guidelines**
For your comfort and the best results, we advise against wearing hoodies or turtlenecks to your appointment, as these can make it difficult for our stylists to access the areas that need treatment. A comfortable, loose-fitting outfit is recommended. we are unable to take liability for customer clothing
